Hailing from Austin, Dustin O’Neal is an art director-cum-design publicist living in Manhattan … but almost always somewhere else inside his head. Armed with a keen eye and the kind of gut instinct that only comes from time spent in Texas (or perhaps prison), Dustin has successfully managed press campaigns for top design brands across the United States in publications such as Architectural Digest, Wallpaper, Vogue & The New York Times, and has coordinated events for top showrooms & designers from coast to coast; from raucous champagne fêtes to the AD Home Show.
A graduate of the University of Texas with a year in Paris under his belt, Dustin moved to New York City in the Spring of 2012 with nothing but his trembling legs and a vast array of denim cut-offs; and while his legs have certainly found their footing, you can bet the cutoffs still fit. Dustin may be young, but do not underestimate the aesthetic knowledge, social media expertise and irritatingly-verbose language of this rising Lone Star of the public relations community.
